Kirsten Regal ~ Sun Hydraulics Corporation

For the past 23 years, Ms. Regal has helped shape and develop human resources and support the culture at Sun Hydraulics Corporation, a designer and manufacturer of fluid power control solutions.  Sun Hydraulics, the subject of four Harvard Business School case studies, is a unique, horizontal organization without titles, formal organizational roles, or clear lines of report that employs more than 800 people in seven countries around the world. 

Ms. Regal holds a Masters degree in Business Administration from Colorado State University and a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from California State University at Hayward.

Tricia Fulton – Sun Hydraulics Corporation, CFO

Tricia Fulton joined Sun Hydraulics in March 1997 and has held several financial positions within the Company.  She was named Chief Financial Officer in March 2006.  From July 1995 to March 1997, Tricia served as the Director of Accounting for Plymouth Harbor in Sarasota, Florida.  From November 1991 to July 1995, she served in various financial capacities for Loral Data Systems, in Sarasota, Florida.  From September 1989 to September 1991, Tricia was an auditor with Deloitte & Touche, in Detroit, Michigan.  Tricia is a graduate of Hillsdale College and the General Management Program at the Harvard Business School.

Tricia is a member of the Finance Committee for Girls Inc. in Sarasota, and serves on the Development Committee for the Sarasota County Education Foundation. She is a graduate of the Leadership Sarasota program.


A networking opportunity will be available from 7:30 am -8:00 am while a continental breakfast is provided by the Culinary Institute of Keiser University.

Program will run from 8:00 am - 9:00 am. Members are $15 per person and Non – Members are $25 per person.

Seating is limited so RSVP early.
