The Alliance has several opportunities to increase the visibility of your business. Sponsorships are only available to current members of the Alliance.

LWRBA Printed Newsletters (The Alliance Quarterly)
Currently 5,000 newsletters are distributed quarterly.
Newsletters are distributed at local outlets around LWR and at 30 LWRBA events a year.
Added to all of our new member kits and emailed to our total membership.
A downloadable electronic version is also added to the newsletter section of the website
New Member Kits
We are expecting to distribute roughly 150 kits in 2010.
Website
Over the last year our website has received 16,343 visits with 7,094 being unique visitors.
61% were returning visitors with 39% being new visitors.
50% of the traffic was from direct traffic, 17% was from a referring site and 33% was from search engines.
The Executive and Corporate levels also offer a link to your website
Enewsletter
Emailed weekly to our member and non member database.
Member database total (839) times (x) 52 weeks e-newsletter is sent out = 43,628 emails
Non-member database total (799) (x) 52 weeks e-newsletter is sent out = 41,548 emails
Email Signature
Roughly 13,000 emails are sent annually
Banner Display
Stand up banner display will be placed at each LWRBA
Roughly 30 events total with an average of 200 members and non-members in attendance.
Luncheon
Program distribution ~ 6 luncheons per year times (x) an average of 250 attendees = 1,500 programs
The same number of people would also be viewing the PowerPoint presentation which we run as well promoting our sponsors
Special Sponsor Event
Sponsors will receive a table top display area for your business to be represented. No outside vendors, except for food and beverage, will be allowed to participate in this event.
