The Alliance has several opportunities to increase the visibility of your business. Sponsorships are only available to current members of the Alliance.

LWRBA Printed Newsletters (The Alliance Quarterly)
Currently 2,500 newsletters are distributed quarterly.
Newsletters are distributed at local outlets around LWR and at 30 LWRBA events a year.
Added to all of our new member kits and emailed to our total membership.
A downloadable electronic version is also added to the newsletter section of the website
New Member Kits
We are expecting to distribute roughly 150 kits in 2011.
Website
Over the last year our website has received 12,960 visits with 5,865 being unique visitors.
65.51% were returning visitors with 34.49% being new visitors.
45.06% of the traffic was from direct traffic, 12.44% was from a referring site and 42.37% was from search engines.
Several Annual Sponsorship levels offer a link to your website which will help you capture some of this traffic
Enewsletter
Newsletters are sent weekly to our member and nonmember database.
Member database total (1,385) times (x) 52 weeks e-newsletter is sent out = 72,020 emails.
Nonmember database total (437) times (x) 52 weeks e-newsletter is sent out = 22,724 emails.
Email Signature
Roughly 13,000 emails are sent annually
Banner Display
Stand up banner display will be placed at each LWRBA
Roughly 30 events total with an average of 200 members and non-members in attendance.
Luncheon
Program distribution ~ 6 luncheons per year times (x) an average of 200 attendees = 1,200 programs
The same number of people would also be viewing the PowerPoint presentation which we run as well promoting our sponsors
Sponsor Showcase Event
Sponsors will receive a table top display area for your business to be represented. No outside vendors, except for food and beverage, will be allowed to participate in this event.
