Overview: Requirements include previous Financial Industry experience of 8+ years. You will be on varying teams of one or more Financial Advisors, assisting in the "on-boarding" process of bringing new clients into the Aksala Wealth Family. Aksala is a destination for clients to have a boutique and concierge styled financial experience. We are here to provide impeccable, positive, efficient service. The job will be operational in function and will require critical thinking skills. Activities include: Opening accounts, roll-over calls, transferring money, distributions, asset aggregation, exceptional phone skills, and customer service interfacing. We need you to be the kind, thankful, helpful Aksala Specialist who will stop at nothing to make the "on-board" experience for the clients the sweetest it can be, all while being efficient, self starting, detail oriented, confidential, independent, and a team player who can take additional tasks when needed. You will prioritize incoming phones calls, emails, provide daily account updates, and other administrative tasks. You will need a general understanding of the investment strategies, products and asset allocation tools we use.
Hours: 9:00 to 5:00 pm daily. Closed only on days the Stock Market is closed.
- 4+ years of Financial Industry experience. Additional consideration for those licensed.
- Redtail CRM, Fidelity Wealthscape, E-Money Planning, Envestnet Software.
- Ability to use common office equipment, Phone, zoom, Microsoft suite, etc.
- Executive and corporately trained individuals who possess exceptional customer service skills.
- High School Diploma.
- Sitting, standing and mobility about the office.
- An insatiable need to make things efficient for the client.
