Program Specialists and Bus Drivers

Program Specialist (FALL – DeSoto, Palmetto Clubs, and School Sites) – We have several open positions for Program Specialists at our DeSoto, Palme, and School Site Clubs. This position plans, implements, supervises and evaluates activities provided within a specific program area. The Program Specialist will promote the safety of members, the quality of programs, and the appearance of the Club at all times. * Bi-lingual is a plus.

Bus Driver  SIGN-ON BONUS – Under the direct supervision of the Transportation Supervisor, the Bus Driver is responsible for the operation of vans and small and large buses, in transporting children from school to the Clubs, and driving on designated field trips. This position is Part-Time. Guaranteed 15 hours per work week; starts at $14.00 per hour and some transportation of students may include weekends.


Chief Development Officer - Seeking a dynamic and passionate individual to lead our philanthropic efforts as our Chief Development Officer.  This senior leadership position is responsible for planning, developing and growing a comprehensive fundraising program that supports our mission to enable our youth to reach their full potential as productive, caring, responsible citizens.

DeSoto Club - Front Desk Administrative Assistant and Teen Front Desk Administrative Assistant - At our DeSoto Club, Front Desk Administrative Assistant and a Teen Front Desk Administrative Assistant who will be committed to working with parents, answering phones and doing data entry, as well as using the cash register.  We are looking for that multi-tasker who we prefer to be bi-lingual, confident, organized and is dedicated to our mission

Palmetto Club – Club Director

Function:          Directs/manages overall daily operations of the designated club with the primary concern for programs and service delivery, supervision and training of staff, facilities management, community relations and membership administration. Key areas of responsibility are ensuring positive member impact, club operations and regard for BGCMC by managing outstanding program and service delivery; positive club climate; supervision and training of staff; member development; community relations and outreach; and facilities management, including safety and security.
