The Future@ Work - Generational Implications for Leaders

The Future @ Work is compounded by a huge demographic shift.  Millennials will be 75% of the workforce in less than 8 years. To some leaders who don’t fully connect with or understand the strengths of Millennials, this statistic is alarming because their organizations are not properly attracting, retaining and developing the talent they need today, let alone tomorrow.

Michele Norris, the Founder of Navigen Leadership, LLC, helps her clients attract, retain, and empower the workforce of the future. Her one-on-one relationship with “C” level executives has helped make positive changes in leadership, workflow approaches and communication between leaders and their workforce. Michele has more than 30 years of professional sales and leadership experience for Fortune 125 companies.

Her passion is to prepare today’s leaders for the inevitable changes that come with the Future @ Work. Michele is a Navigational Facilitator who specializes in the changing demographics in the workplace by positively focusing on transformational leadership.

In this conversation Michele will reveal the 5 Traits that Transformational Leaders need to possess in the Future @ Work to attract, retain and develop talent.
