Cherry also focuses on computer and technology law, business law, entertainment law, and has extensive litigation and mediation experience involving high profile, corporate technology cases, patent, trademark, copyright, and trade secret litigation. Cherry has served as President of the Sarasota County Bar Association, and is the active President of the Judge John M. Scheb American Inn of Court. 


Mr. Jarrod J. Malone

Through his litigation experience, Jarrod has gained substantial knowledge in electronic discovery and has assisted numerous corporations in data breach incidents, which has resulted in his being tasked by the firm as one of the primary attorneys on the firm's Data Breach team that assists in identification and containment of potential breaches, legal risk assessment, and strategic risk mitigation advice.
