Communicating with Brevity, Clarity and Impact in any Situation

This highly interactive session inspires participants to become more engaging, effective, empathic, to-the-point communicators. Through discussion and the analysis of entertaining positive and negative video vignettes depicting relevant and sometimes difficult conversations, attendees are challenged to become more effective and customer-focused in their communications. Participants will learn core techniques to enable them to get to the point clearly and concisely; including how to deliver a listener-focused, compelling message in 20 seconds or less, how to address uncomfortable or unanswerable questions by tactfully restructuring conversations in an honest, informative and positive manner, and how congruent nonverbal and verbal communication can be used to deliver succinct, impactful messages.
