The New Normal Workplace
Presentation begins at 11:00 a.m.
As Florida has the green light to return to work, employers are taking the necessary precautions to protect their staff and the clients with whom they come into contact. This means not only altering employee policies around human behavior, but making reasonable accommodations to the physical space in the workplace. Join us on June 5th for a LEADS Online program centered around returning to the workplace with an emphasis on health and safety.
Over the course of the presentation, our speakers will outline how to:
- Develop thoughtful policies to inform healthy behavior to ensure the wellbeing of employees
- Implement adaptive spatial layouts to create safe and healthy work environments, without major capital investment
- Focus on building systems to improve safety, such as HVAC and plumbing systems.
