Tourism and Travel: Post-Pandemic Impacts on Sarasota-Manatee Business

It’s clear the past year has shaken the world’s travel and tourism industry in ways nobody could have imagined. This year, however, domestic travel has rebounded and has brought tremendous opportunity for our region. In April, Sarasota Bradenton International Airport recorded its highest number of passengers ever for a single month. This influx of visitors has been a boon to the local economy that promises to have long lasting impacts on our region.

To explore this further, an all-star panel of community leaders in tourism joins us to discuss how the pandemic impacted the industry and, more importantly, what the future holds and how it affects our region’s businesses
