Kirk Boylston
President, Lakewood Ranch Commercial Realty

Kirk G. Boylston joined the Lakewood Ranch Commercial Realty team in March 2014 as President. Lakewood Ranch is a 31,000 acre master planned mixed-use development located in Sarasota and Manatee counties in Florida. Current improvements include over 11,000 residential units and over 6,000,000 SF of commercial office, retail, hospitality and light industrial development. Approximately 21,000 acres remain to be developed, including acreage slated for commercial development. The design and development of all land designated for commercial, multi-family and apartment development is performed under the purview of LWR Commercial Realty.

Boylston moved from Las Vegas where he ended his tenure as regional director of EJM Development Co., responsible for the company's operations in Southern Nevada, which included the development and oversight of a portfolio of more than 5 million square feet of industrial, office and retail properties.

Prior to his work in Las Vegas, Boylston held several positions in development, sales, acquisitions, leasing representation and fiscal management at companies located in Southern California. He is a third generation native of Sarasota and graduated from the University of Florida.

Brett Hutchens
President, CASTO Southeast Realty Services

Brett Hutchens is the partner in charge of CASTO’s retail development in the southeastern United States. Hutchens received a business degree from Ohio University and law degree from Capital University. He practiced commercial law for several years prior to entering commercial development in the mid-1980s. Hutchens has been directly responsible for the development of 7,000,000 square feet of commercial properties in seven different states, including 1,000,000 in Florida since joining CASTO in 1998. In addition to his business experience, Hutchens has been a 35-year board member and former chairman of Children’s Miracle Network raising more than $7 billion for the benefit of 170 Children’s Hospitals throughout the United States and Canada.

Keith Gelder
President, Stock Commercial and Stock Luxury Apartment Living, Stock Development

Keith Gelder currently serves at the President of Stock Commercial and Stock Luxury Apartment Living responsible for leading all day-to-day operations including acquisitions, feasibility, underwriting, financing, lease-up, and investment sales. With over 15 years of experience in commercial real estate, Keith has been charged with building a pipeline of multi-family, commercial, and mixed-use assets properties with a primary focus on the Florida market. Over the last 5 years, Keith has been personally involved the development of over $300,000,000 of properties across all asset classes. Stock Commercial and Stock Luxury Apartment Living have active projects located in Naples, Estero, Fort Myers, Sarasota, St. Petersburg, and Wesley Chapel.

Prior to joining Stock Development, Mr. Gelder worked at Raymond James Tax Credit Funds specializing in the acquisition and syndication of tax credit equity for apartment properties. Mr. Gelder received a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Florida. In addition to his dual degrees, Keith is a licensed real estate broker, general contractor, and private pilot.


Jag Grewal
Partner, Ian Black Real Estate

In the late 90’s, Jag’s entrepreneurial spirit brought him to America. After a short stint in Arizona in property development, Jag discovered Sarasota as he was flying to Africa on a mission assignment. He completed that assignment and moved to Sarasota in December 2000. He joined Coldwell Banker and rose to be the #1 agent in the Sarasota and #5 in the World for Coldwell Banker in 2006. In 2009, he left Coldwell Banker Commercial to form a partnership with Ian Black, Steve Horn & Marci Marsh at Ian Black Real Estate, where he is a Partner. A well respected commercial real estate broker, Jag has completed sales and leases over $500M in this region and has earned numerous distinctions throughout his career is passionate about our region.
