Why Salespeople Fail &
What You Can Do About It

Check-In & Networking 7:30-8:00 a.m.
Presentation begins at 8:00 a.m.

Buyers have a system, and most sales people deal with the buyer's system. Most play right into. Many don't use a systematic approach to selling and find themselves winging it. They allow the prospect to take control of the sales process. They eagerly:

  • Give their information
  • Make commitments to the buyer without getting any in return
  • Waste resources and time pursuing deals that will never close
  • Make un-needed concessions
  • Misinterpret the ubiquitous “I’ll think it over” and “get back to you” as a future sale
  • Lose deals to competitors with stronger salespeople and a better system.

Jamie Kane of Sandler Training in Sarasota will facilitate a workshop to help understand the “Buyer System,” and what can be done to overcome it.
