RITE TECHNOLOGY WINS SHARP® AAA PLATINUM SERVICE PROVIDER AWARD

Sarasota, Florida 5-9-17 – Rite Technology was presented the SHARP AAA Platinum Service Provider award from Sharp Imaging and Information Company of America (SIICA), a division of Sharp Electronics Corporation, in recognition of their high-level achievement in the critical areas of customer service and service delivery. RITE is the only Sharp Dealer in the Southeastern United States to have this designation and it is the highest possible service designation awarded by Sharp. The award was officially given on February 1, 2017; but presented on May 9, 2017.

The Sharp program was implemented to acknowledge service organizations that exceed benchmarks in performance and applications of “industry best practices” in this area. Several requirements must be met to be eligible, which are: exceptional education, training, customer satisfaction, and service support. Once recognized, the companies must show continued commitment to their training by achieving certification in a Network discipline alongside archived certification on all of their current models. Additionally, the organization must demonstrate a commitment to customer satisfaction by: having written service escalation processes, practice their written total call procedures, and follow-through on all preventive maintenance guidelines to augment mean copies between visits.

Rite Technology has exhibited superior customer support by assuring all logical solutions have been applied before generating support tickets with Sharp’s technical hotline. Furthermore, RITE leverages their remote diagnostic technologies, updates their tickets in a timely fashion, and continues to display consistent quality and performance while using Sharp’s authentic parts and supplies.
