Business Super Bowl Headed to Suncoast

  “The Suncoast is poised for explosive growth, and the business community has to gear up for it”. This was stated by Bruce Stout, President of the Rainmakers’ Forum during a meeting with a group of community leaders. Winners will be those that continually improve operations and thrive in a competitive environment. He was announcing the launch of the Fantasy Business League. Individual companies wishing to optimize growth and profitability are admitted to the league as members much in the same way the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Pittsburgh Steelers and Detroit Lions joined the NFL. The goal of individual League members: To grow their businesses by following the League’s success formula – employing winning strategies (Playbook), accessing top connections, beating the competition and optimizing the performance of human capital.

Businesses must be prepared in ways never considered before. As explained by Andrea Nierenberg, League executive and coach, “The League is using football terminology and methods: ‘Expert play calling’ is how we describe the business growth strategies our expert coaches provide to businesses that are members of the Fantasy Business League”. Peak performance training of business personnel is “player development’. And “Red Zone Huddle” exercises are used to help management overcome challenges and cross over the goal line of success.

Businesses that are members also compete with each other to demonstrate the superior controlled growth and profitability of their organizations. Metrics are used to quantify improvements in order to elevate member companies to “playoff” rounds and ultimately, to the “Business Super Bowl”, in which one company is crowned as the best of the best.

League members enjoy a unique blend of benefits: Individual coaching and consulting by expert business development advisors, group problem-solving exercises and access to connections, including capital sources. Another unique feature: member firms enroll their marketing and sales personnel in high-powered peak performance programs.

The League is arranged in “conferences” with individual members enjoying sole representation of their product/service fields.
