Based upon the successful 8-year partnership between LWRBA and Game On Nation for the Executive Academy, this year’s Leadership Academy brings an updated, refreshed focus on the professional skills you need to bring authentic leadership to life in 2023.

The program’s six-phase development path will help you accelerate leadership skills for today’s changing work place through interactive exercises and hands-on learning. You’ll share this experience alongside other like-minded, high-achieving peers and local leaders. Powered by the nationally acclaimed training firm, Game On Nation, this course delivers immersive, experiential learning in an uplifting and laughter-filled small group environment.

Leadership Academy meets Friday mornings from 8:30 to 12:00 p.m. including 2.5hours of learning and 45-minutes of networking.

You’ll learn in a supportive, small-group environment surrounded by high-achieving peers who are committed to personal and professional development.

Leadership Academy is facilitated by Steve Shenbaum, President &Founder of nationally acclaimed teamwork & communication training firm, Game On Nation. Steve brings more than 25 years’ experience coaching executives, management, and mid-level leaders within the military, government, pro sports, and Fortune 500 organizations, with clients including Merck, Hilton, Deloitte, and the U.S. House of Representatives (to name a few).

Sustainment Support

All participants receive a printed program work book with detailed self-reflection exercises and action assignments in between each program phase, as well as a post-program LA award and certification as an LA Alumni.

Additional networking and support from a dynamic cohort of your professional peers helps bring powerful social connections and valuable cross-industry perspectives to the forefront of your personal and professional development experience.

Leadership Academy is designed for leaders, directors, managers, and executives in the upper levels of the organization, as well as mid-level and emerging talent on a fast-track toward a leadership role. We believe in inviting the perspectives of a variety of upper-trajectory personnel, and if your organization considers you to be a leader or an emerging leadership talent, this program is right for you.
